XXXX

Gua bingung mau buat judul apa di posting gua kali ini..
karena gua bingung apa yang mau gua tulis saat ini..
Mau cerita mengenai piping , sudah banyak blog yang bercerita tentang piping secara detail 
Mau cerita mengenai cinta, gua buka petualang cinta sejati
Mau cerita mengenai perjalanan hidup, bingung mau memulai dari mana..

Sebenarnya banyak yang ingin gua ceritain di blog gua ini..
yach cerita mengenai perjalanan ke beijing, kuala lumpur, dan tempat-tempat yang pernah gua kunjungi.
pengen juga cerita mengenai pengalaman kerja baik itu di desa, di daerah komplik atau di luar negeri
tapi apakah para pembaca mau membaca cerita saya..

Namun nampaknya menulis dalam blog bisa sesuka hari kita..kalau ingin dibaca yach syukur kalau tidak yach tak apa-apalah namanya juga blog sebagai pengungkapan isi hati siapa yang nulis.
Mungkin kalau gua Justin Beiber, mungkin pembaca blog gua setiap harinya bisa ribuan orang. dan mungkin lumayan buat naikkan rating blog gua ini.

Tapi terus terang gua bingung saat ini mau apa yang ingin gua tulis, padahal semua yang ingin kutulis ada dalam pikiran gua.
Kadang aku berpikir lebih baik aku menulis dalam Word file daripada aku menulis dalam blog karena gua bisa ngedapetin uang dari setiap buku yang terjual daripada menulis dalam blog yang tak dapat uang apa-apa.

Padahal sudah gua masukin no rekening gua, kali aja ada yang menyumbang setelah membaca blog gua dan masuk rekening gua..setidak-tidaknya dengan adanya donasi yang masuk ke rekening gua, gua bisa merasa bahwa sudah banyak orang yang membaca blog gua. Walau memang ada beberapa comment dari beberapa pembaca dan beberapa follower yang bisa membuat gua menjadi percaya diri untuk menulis dalam blog gua.
Setidak-tidaknya ada yang memperhatikan blog gue lah..

Tapi pun gua nggak memaksa orang untuk ber donasi ria di dalam blog gua tapi setidak-tidaknya gua bisa memilah memilih cerita apa saja yang bisa gua masukkin dalam blog gua termasuk cerita mengenai piping , pdms dan bidang keteknikan lainnya. 

Memang gua saat ini sedang membuat rangkuman mengenai PDMS Command yang gua kutip dari internet, teman dan dari mana saja. dan rencananya mau gua buat dalam sebuah buku. Tapi itulah baru halaman ke 4 , gua malas melanjutkan penulisan buku itu. padahal lumayan juga bila bisa menjadikannya sebuah buku. setidak-tidaknya bila ada yang berminat bisa membelinya dari gua dan gua kirim ke sana. 

Dan memang gua saat ini banyak ide cerita yang ingin gua buat sebagai buku tapi itulah karena bukan seorang penulis profesional jadi tak ada satu novel pun yang siap untuk diterbitkan. 

Tapi itulah saking bingung mikirin semua hal, blog gua ini jarang gua tulis..tapi mudah-mudahan gua punya semangat lagi untuk nulis dalam blog ini. Karena gua juga mikirin pekerjaan gua yang sebentar lagi habis kontrak , gua juga mikirin anak-anak gua yang jauh dari ibu,  bapaknya. Kadang gua pengen balik dan dekat dengan anak-anak gua tapi itulah gua belum ada tabungan lebih untuk sementara survive sebelum dapat pekerjaan baru lagi. Karena istri gua sedang kuliah di kota lain dan rasanya berat untuk menjangkaunya karena keterbatasan biaya dan dana apalagi harus mengurus visa lagi.

Tapi mohon maaf buat follower dan pembaca karena mungkin bila gua jarang nulis dalam blog ini bukan berarti gua tidak mau lagi bercerita dan berbagi tapi sebenarnya gua lagi ada masalah seperti yang gua sebutkan diatas tadi. Mungkin bila sudah dapat pekerjaan lagi dan sudah settle kembali, gua punya imaginasy dan punya pikiran dengan daya khayal yang tinggi , gua akan menulis lagi dalam blog ini.

Tapi kadang untuk mencegah kekosongan blog, kadang gua copy paste saja , berita atau cerita yang saya samber dari blog lain atau dari info lainnya. Tapi nggak tahu jugalah kadang kalau gua pengen nulis yach gua tulis saja deh. Tapi bila gua jarang nulis berarti gua masih belum bisa berpikiran dengan khayalan.

TODAY IS NOT MY GOOD DAY (ONE MONTH NOTICE)

Hari ini hari selasa tanggal 2 Februari 2012, nampaknya bukan hari yang baik buat saya. Karena tadi sore saya mendapat info dari pimpinan saya dimana saya diassigment bahwa assigment saya di company tersebut akan berakhir akhir bulan february ini dan tidak direnew kembali.

Makanya saya bilang TODAY IS NOT MY GOOD DAY..



Sebenarnya saya kecewa juga dengan keputusan tersebut karena apa yang saya terima tidak sesuai dengan rencana saya untuk bersama-sama dalam mengerjakan project di sana sampai bulan mei 2012.
karena saya punya rencana bulan juni 2012 awal saya harus balik ke Indonesia. Tapi nampaknya saya harus kembali ke Indonesia tidak sesuai dengan rencana saya.

Tapi itulah nasib pekerja kontrak, jadi kita harus siap dalam menghadapi segala masalah terutama masalah pemutusan hubungan kerja. Tapi yang penting company tersebut bisa memberitahu kita, satu bulan sebelum masa berakhir kontrak bahwa tenaga kita tak diperlukan oleh mereka lagi.

Saya bingung menulis lagi karena pikiranku lagi kacau kalau ingat kerjaku akan berakhir di perusahaan tersebut tapi saya tak punya pilihan lain. Dan semoga Agent ku dapat mencarikan tempat kerja yang baru
untuk saya sehingga saya bisa bertahan beberapa bulan lagi di Kuala Lumpur.

SELAMAT HARI PERSEKUTUAN WILAYAH 2012

Hari ini adalah hari ulang tahun "Persekutuan Wilayah 2012" dan untuk perayaan ini dirayakan oleh 3 Wilayah Persekutuan yaitu Kuala Lumpur, Labuan dan Putrajaya. Dan hari ini adalah hari libur untuk ke tiga wilayah itu.

Dan untuk perayaannya sudah dilaksanakan pada tanggal 28-29 January 2012 yang lalu. bertempat di Dataran Merdeka Kuala Lumpur dan banyak kegiatan yang dilakukan yaitu lomba, pawai kendaraan, pesta kesenian dan pesta kembang api.








 Pada Hari sabtu, 28 January 2012 lalu, dilakukan Upacara dan juga lomba-lomba dan pada malam harinya dilaksanakan Malam Kesenian dan dilanjutkna dengan pesta kembang api.

THE TRAIN FROM KUALA LUMPUR TO AIRASIA TERMINAL (LCCT) (REV. 1)

Here I would like to inform you the information about train from KL Sentral Kuala Lumpur to Air Asia Terminal (LCCT) Sepang. Actually I had already inform this subject before but in Bahasa Indonesia. Now I just to read on the English Language. Hopefully you can read and sorry if there are many mistake about writing in English.

As you see there are many alternative going to LCCT from KL Central. We can go by Bus (Ticket Price is around RM. 8 - RM 9), by Taxi (The Price is Around RM 100 - RM 150) or by Transite Train (The Price is RM 12.5). But here I am not telling you about how get to LCCT by Bus or By Taxi. But I want to inform you, going to LCCT by Train.

The Train from KL Central to LCCT , it's call "KL Transit Train", the ticket price is RM 12.5. When you buy the ticket you got 2 tickets. One is for Train and One is for Bus. The Ticket Train used from KL Central to destination " Salak Tinggi" Station (around 20 minutes). and The Ticket Bus used from Station Salak Tinggi to destination LCCT (Air Asia Terminal) (Around 25 minutes) The schedule train is every 30 minutes. The train start for 4.30 AM until 11.30 PM. It take around 1 hour from KL Central to LCCT.

Before I continue the story of "How to Get LCCT from KL Central" , I would like to inform the meaning of

1.   KL CENTRAL KUALA LUMPUR

Kuala Lumpur Sentral (KL Sentral) or Sentral Kuala Lumpur is a transit-oriented development that houses the main railway station of Kuala Lumpur, the capital of Malaysia. Opened on 16 April 2001, despite its name it is actually even less central than the old Kuala Lumpur Railway Station, a colonial-era landmark that now remains open for local commuter trains only. KL Sentral is the largest railway station in Southeast Asia.
KL Sentral was designed as an intermodal transportation hub. Most of Kuala Lumpur's passenger rail lines serve KL Sentral, while many intercity trains serving Peninsular Malaysia and Singapore start there. All the railway components of the scheme have been completed, but some other parts such as shopping malls, offices and apartments are still under construction and are expected to be complete by 2015. It was also designed to be a new business and financial hub for Kuala Lumpur.

2. KLIA TRANSIT TRAIN

3. SALAK TINGGI STATION

Salak Tinggi is the capital of Sepang district in the state of Selangor, Malaysia. Salak Tinggi ERL station is located in Salak Tinggi where the KLIA Transit Express Rail Link (ERL) from KLIA to KL Sentral stops every 30 minutes. Salak Tinggi is also known as the Airport City.
Salak Tinggi is the home to KFC Hatchery, a latex glove factory owned by Wembley Rubber Products (WRP), the workshop complex of the Engineering Division of the Fire and Rescue Department, the Veterinary Public Health Laboratory of the Department of Veterinary Services Malaysia as well as the Technology Incubation Centre and National Metrology Laboratory for the Standards and Research Institute of Malaysia (SIRIM). Government agencies such as Pos MalaysiaNational Registration Department, and SYABAS are located at the town heart of Bandar Baru Salak Tinggi and Kosmopleks.
As Bandar Baru Salak Tinggi is the nearest housing estate to the Kuala Lumpur International Airport, its residents comprise of mainly airport ground staff and airline crew. Kota Warisan is a relatively new township located in the suburb of Bandar Baru Salak Tinggi.
Salak Tinggi is inundated annually by motorsports fans when it hosts the Formula-1 Malaysian Grand Prix at the Sepang International Circuit (SIC). Most travellers stay at the Pan Pacific Hotel, Concorde Inn, Cyberview Lodge, Empress Hotel or De Palma Inn although the recently-opened Transit Service Centre budget hotel at the Airport City Business Centreis becoming increasingly popular due its proximity to the KLIA and LCCT airports (15 minutes drive away) and is beside the Salak Tinggi ERL Station where there is a twice-hourly KLIA Transit service to KLIA and KL Sentral (Central transportation hub in Kuala Lumpur city).

4. KLIA  TRANSIT BUS (SALAK TINGGI - LCCT)

AC Bus will be used to transfer the passangers from Salak Tinggi to LCCT. The times used is around 25-30 minutes. The Bus is confortable and the driver run the bus around 60 km/h to 100 km/h. The driver drive safely.

5. TERMINAL LCCT (AIR ASIA TERMINAL)

The Low Cost Carrier Terminal is specifically built at KL International Airport to cater to the growing passengers of the Low Cost Airlines, especially the passengers of Air Asia. 
The LCCT is about 20km from KLIA Main Terminal Building (MTB) and can be accessed via the KLIA circular or airport cargo road.
Construction of the LCC Terminal began on June 2005 at an approximate cost of RM 108 million.
The 35,290 square meters terminal is designed and built to suit the Low Cost Carrier (LCC) business model that requires basic terminal facilities and amenities. With this in mind, the terminal is designed to facilitate the passengers' movement of international and domestic departures/arrivals within a single floor operation area. Thus it doesn't require travellators, escalators and aerobridges to be provided at the terminal.
The operation of the LCC Terminal is supported by the existing parking apron and additional infrastructures such as car parks, surface access and other utilities. This terminal is capable of handling 10million passengers a year and there is scope for further expansion of up to 15 million passengers, if required in the future.
The LCC Terminal began full operational on 23rd March 2006. This terminal is managed and operated by Malaysia Airports (Sepang) Sdn Bhd.

The route is :


1. FROM KL CENTRAL TO LCCT

Buy ticket in the KL Central Station (RM 12.5). You will got two ticket and don't loose in before you using. and come in side to KLIA Transit Train. and waiting. Every 30 minutes for the train.
and after you come in side the train. the train running to KLIA but your destination is Salak Tinggi Station.
After reached the Salak Tinggi you should run fast because the train only stop around 1 minute.If you bring big bag, you can using the Lift and escalator that available in the  Salak Tinggi Station.
And in Salak Tinggi Station already waiting you the bus which will drop you to LCCT. And before you come in to the bus, you should give the ticket bus to the bus driver. while you are  in the bus. the bus will reach the LCCT around 20 - 30 minutes. And the bus will stop on the LCCT (Air Asia Home Base).

2. FROM LCCT TO KL CENTRAL

after your flight you go to bus KLIA Transit and you buy the ticket side the bus. The bus will be go after 20 minutes. and the bus will be go to Salak Tinggi Station around 20-30 minutes. Arriving in Salak Tinggi, you better run fast to catch up the train or you should see the schedule train on the screen monitor. And if you arrived in Salak Tinggi before the train coming you can wait in the waiting chairs that available.
After the train comes you should push the circle yellow to come in to the train. The train will stop around 1 minutes. After you are in the train, train will be bring you to KL Central around 20 minutes. And the train will stop in KL Central Building Station.

WHAT IS COST ENGINEERING - AACE ???

In your career, you have probably asked or been asked, “What is cost engineering? What does a cost engineer do? What is total cost management (TCM)?”, and so on. AACE International's Recommended Practice 11R-88Required Skills and Knowledge of Cost Engineering, provides some answers which are excerpted here. Beyond being a guiding document for AACE International’s education and certification developments, 11R-88 is an excellent reference for industry core competency and career model development.
What are Cost Engineering and TCM?

The AACE International Constitution and Bylaws defines cost engineering and total cost management as follows:
Section 2. The Association is dedicated to the tenets of furthering the concepts of total cost management and cost engineering. Total cost management is the effective application of professional and technical expertise to plan and control resources, costs, profitability and risk. Simply stated, it is a systematic approach to managing cost throughout the life cycle of any enterprise, program, facility, project, product, or service. This is accomplished through the application of cost engineering and cost management principles, proven methodologies, and the latest technology in support of the management process.

Section 3. Total cost management is that area of engineering practice where engineering judgment and experience are used in the application of scientific principles and techniques to problems of business and program planning; cost estimating; economic and financial analysis; cost engineering; program and project management; planning and scheduling; cost and schedule performance measurement, and change control.
In summary, the list of practice areas in Section 3 are collectively called cost engineering; while the "process" through which these practices are applied is called total cost management or TCM.
How is cost and schedule management an “engineering” function?

Most people would agree that "engineers" and engineering (or more generally, the “application of scientific principles and techniques”) are most often responsible for creating functional things (or strategic assets as we call them in TCM).

However, engineering has multiple dimensions. The most obvious is the dimension of physical design and the calculation and analysis tasks done to support that design (e.g., design a bridge or develop software). However, beyond the physical dimension of design (e.g., the bridge structure), there are other important dimensions of money, time, and other resources that are invested in the creation of the designed asset.

We refer to these investments collectively as costs. Using the above example, someone must estimate what the bridge might cost, determine the activities needed to design and build it, estimate how long these activities will take, and so on. Furthermore, someone needs to monitor and assess the progress of the bridge design and construction (in relation to the expenditure of money and time) to ensure that the completed bridge meets the owner's and other stakeholder's requirements. Someone must also monitor and assess the cost of operating and maintaining the bridge during its life cycle.

Returning to the AACE International Constitution and Bylaws definition, understanding and managing the cost dimensions requires skills and knowledge in, “business and program planning; cost estimating; economic and financial analysis; cost engineering; program and project management; planning and scheduling; and cost and schedule performance measurement and change control.”

No significant asset has ever been built without dealing with these cost dimensions in some way, and the more systematically and professionally these dimensions are addressed, the more successful the asset performance is likely to be. Therefore, cost engineering recognizes that cost is a necessary extension of traditional engineering (and other creative functions such as systems analysis, etc.), and that there is an intimate connection between the physical and cost dimensions of the asset.
Do cost engineering practitioners need to have a traditional “engineering” background?

The skills and knowledge required to deal with costs (e.g., cost estimating, planning and scheduling, etc.) are quite different from those required to deal with the physical design dimension. From that difference, the field of cost engineering was born. Cost engineering practitioners work alongside of and are peers with engineers, software analysts, play producers, architects, and other creative career fields to handle the cost dimension, but they do not necessarily have the same background. Whether they have technical, operations, finance and accounting, or other backgrounds, cost engineering practitioners need to share a common understanding, based on “scientific principles and techniques,” with the engineering or other creative career functions.
Do cost engineering practitioners all have the same function?

Cost engineering practitioners tend to be:
  • specialized in function (e.g., cost estimating, planning and scheduling, etc.);
  • focused on either the asset management or project control side of the TCM process; and
  • focused on a particular industry (e.g., engineering and construction, manufacturing, information technology, etc.); or asset type (e.g., chemical process, buildings, software, etc.).
They may have titles such as cost estimator, quantity surveyor, parametric analyst, strategic planner, planner/scheduler, value engineer, cost/schedule engineer, claims consultant, project manager, or project control lead.

They may work for the business that owns and operates the asset (emphasis on economics and analysis), or they may work for the contractor that executes the projects (emphasis on planning and control). But, no matter what their job title or business environment, a general knowledge of, and skills in, all areas of cost engineering are required to perform their job effectively.

HOW TO SELECT THE VALVE


Each valve assembly consists of a valve body, an actuator and a linkage kit. The instructions and tables in this catalog will guide you in selecting the proper components or factory assemblies.

1. Determine the Application Criteria

• Flow type required:
o two-way, equal % or modified linear

o three-way, mixing or diverting
• Fluid type (hot water, steam, glycol, etc.)

• Fluid temperature

• Inlet pressure required

Existing piping or tubing size

For Control Form VF, VP and VS (floating and proportional control), go to the section valve sizing to determine the Cv needed for the application. To determine Cv , the following parameters must be identified:

• inlet pressure

• fluid temperature

• fluid specific gravity

• fluid flow rate in GPM (liquid) ... or

fluid flow rate in lbs./hr (steam)

2. Determine the Valve Control Form Required

The Control Form specifies the type of control action for the valve assembly. There are six different control forms. Form VB specifies the valve body only. Determine the desired Control Form for the valve assembly in your application from the table below.

3. Determine the Required Cv

For Control Form VA and VC (ON-OFF), Cv value does not affect valve body selection. Use the largest Cv available in the desired pipe size to size the valve.

4. Select the Valve Body

For Control Form VA or VC (ON-OFF), use the criteria identified in (1.) above to select the desired valve body. Make sure the valve body selected has a pressure rating suitable to the fluid pressure. Specify the largest Cv rating in the desired pipe or tubing size for that selected valve body. Remember that ON-OFF control action requires an electric actuator that uses the stem-up open version of the valve body only. If the selected electric actuator is a spring return type, the valve can be configured normally open or normally closed as determined by assembly of the actuator linkage.

For Control Form VF (floating), only an electric actuator and only the stem-up open version of the valve body that meets the application criteria may be used. Make sure the valve body has a pressure rating equal to or greater than the fluid pressure. For the chosen valve body, select a valve size (PP code) for which Cv is nearest to the Cv determined from valve sizing. In some cases this choice may require the piping size to be reduced to fit the selected valve.

For Control Form VP or VS (proportional control applications) using electric actuators, you may select only the stem-up open version of the valve body that meets the application criteria (stem-up closed actuators require a hydraulic actuator). Make sure the valve body selected has a pressure rating equal to or greater than the fluid pressure. If the selected actuator is a spring return type, the valve can be configured normally open or normally closed as determined by the selection of the actuator. For the chosen valve body, select a valve size (PP code) for which Cv is nearest to the Cv determined from valve sizing. In some cases this choice may require the piping size to be reduced to fit the selected valve.

5. Select the Actuator

For the chosen Control Form, consult the actuator selection table on page 5–18 for an overview of the actuator types, control action, torque and travel time to assist in determining the full actuator specification. Note that there are many models of actuators available from the company in our catalog, but only those with 180° of travel and those with available linkage kits may be used for control of our valves.

Control Form VA

Electric Rotary Actuator, two position with spring return and single contact input
For an electric actuator with two-position ON-OFF control action and spring return, select the EA12 actuator. The EA12 may be configured for normally open or normally closed operation by the selection of the appropriate actuator linkage. Check the close-off pressure table on page 5–22 to determine if the EA12 actuators have enough torque to shut the valve gainst the expected inlet pressure criteria at the valve size selected. Check any temperature restrictions on use of this actuator as noted on the temperature tables.

Control Form VC

Electric Rotary Actuator, two position with non-spring return and single contact input
For an electric actuator with two-position ON-OFF control action and non-spring return, select the EA31 actuator. Check the close-off pressure table on page 5–22 to determine if the EA31 actuators have enough torque to shut the valve against the expected inlet pressure criteria at the valve size selected. Check any temperature restrictions on use of this actuator as noted on the temperature tables.

Control Form VF

Electric Linear Actuator, floating control with non-spring return and dual contact input
For floating control action the MF-63103 or MF-63123 actuator style must be selected. Check the close-off pressure table to determine if these actuators have enough force to shut the valve against the expected inlet pressure criteria at the valve size selected. This pressure rating must be higher than the fluid inlet pressure in the application criteria. Also check any temperature restrictions on use of this actuator as noted on the temperature tables.

Control Form VP

Electric Rotary Actuator, proportional control with slidewire feedback, spring return and dual contact input. Note that floating control action can be accomplished in Control Form VP if slidewire feedback is ignored.

For spring return proportional control action, the box style Model EA42 or EA44 low torque electric actuators may be used.

These actuators may be configured for normally open or normally closed operation by the assembly of the appropriate actuator linkage. Check the close-off pressure table to determine if the EA4x actuator has enough torque to shut the valve against the expected inlet pressure criteria at the valve size selected. This pressure rating must be higher than the fluid inlet pressure in the application criteria. Also check any temperature restrictions on use of this actuator as noted on the temperature tables.

Electric Rotary Actuator, proportional control with slidewire feedback, non-spring return, dual contact input

For proportional control action with non-spring return, the medium torque models EA52, EA54, EA56 and EA58 and high torque EA76 electric actuators with dual contact input may be used. Check the close-off pressure tables on page 5–22 to 5–24 to determine if the EA5x or EA76 actuator has enough torque to shut the valve against the expected inlet pressure criteria at the valve size selected. This pressure rating must be higher than the fluid inlet pressure in the application criteria. Also check any temperature restrictions on use of this actuator as noted on the temperature tables. Check the close-off pressure table to determine if the EA42-A or EA44-A actuators have enough torque to shut the valve against the expected inlet pressure criteria at the valve size selected.

Control Form VS

Electric Rotary Actuator, proportional control, spring return, analog input
The new EAxx-A Series of box style actuators with integral microprocessor based electronics is available with analog input and switch selectable 180° stroke. The EA42-A and EA44-A are low torque spring return actuators and are selected for normally open or normally closed operation. Check any temperature restrictions on use of this actuator as noted on the temperature tables.

Electric Rotary Actuator, proportional control, nonspring return, analog input

The new EAxx-A Series of box style actuators with integral microprocessor based electronics is also available in non-spring return versions. The EA52-A, EA54-A, EA56-A and EA58-A medium torque actuators and EA76-A high torque actuators have non-spring return action and accept analog input signals. Check the close-off pressure table to determine if the EAxx-A actuators have enough torque to shut the valve against the expected inlet pressure criteria at the valve size selected. This pressure rating must be higher than the fluid inlet pressure in the application criteria. Also check any temperature restrictions on use of this actuator as noted on the temperature tables.

Electric Linear Actuator, floating control with nonspring return and optional analog input

The MF-63123 non-spring return linear stroke electric actuator with floating input (Control Form VF) may be converted to an analog input actuator (Control Form VS) by the addition of an optional analog input card (MFC-420 for current or MFC-8000 for voltage). Check the close-off pressure table to determine if the MF-63123 actuator with analog input has enough torque to shut the valve against the expected inlet pressure criteria at the valve size selected. This pressure rating must be higher than the fluid inlet pressure in the application criteria. Also check any temperature restrictions on use of this actuator as noted on the temperature tables.

Options

Note that options can be specified in the actuator model code, even though they are not listed in the Actuator Selection Table. Unless noted as available factory assemblies in the Valve Assembly Tables commencing, selecting actuators with options requires that the actuator, valve body and linkage kit be purchased as separate items.

Control Form (VA, VC, VF, VP, VS). Only those entries in the column “Available factory assemblies” may be ordered as full assemblies. Note that the actuator received with this assembly must conform to the configuration of the actuator specified for that entry. Any other actuator configuration of options not specifically delineated cannot be ordered as a factory assembled valve. If the selected assembly is not listed as an available factory assembly, the valve assembly must be ordered as body, actuator and linkage components and assembled locally using the complete instructions provided with the linkage kit. When ordering the valve body, actuator and linkage separately, the full model numbers for these components must be specified (see the Actuators section of this catalog).

6. Select the Linkage Kit

The suitable valve/actuator combinations are listed in detail with part numbers in the Valve Assembly Tables. These tables provide the part number of the mechanical linkage kit that couples the selected actuator to the desired valve body for that application. The MF-63000 series, when used with 2" or smaller valves, requires no linkage.

7. Valve Assemblies vs. Valve Components

Once the valve body, actuator and linkage are selected, they can be ordered separately or they can be ordered fully assembled if the combination is an available factory valve assembly.
