Saya mencoba untuk share beberapa informasi mengenai Halal Food bilamana anda yang bergama Islam yang berkunjung ke Canberra Australia. List ini saya peroleh dari websitenya Asosiasi Mahasiswa Muslim  ANU Canberra.

Halal food and places to eat
There are various halal food products around Canberra. Below is the list of halal food items that we know of. If you know more Halal Food products/butchers/restaurants/etc, do let us know. We will add it to the list for the benefit of others.

Kingsley’s Chicken	Woden Plaza, Woden; Tugerranong Hyperdome, Tugerranong. http://www.kingsleyschicken.com	The only “Halal” item is the Roast chicken.Other chicken products and chips such as the southern fries, chicken breast fillets, etc are not Halal!! Although these orignate from Baida (a Halal supplier), they are cooked with non-halal /meat items. This means the chips are not technically suitable for vegetarians either!This information is kindly provided by a Kingsley’s kitchen staff.
Oporto Chicken & Burgers	Garema Place , Civic; Westfield Shopping Mall, Belconnen	All the chicken used at all Oporto stores in Australia is certified halal.The chips are pre cooked in vegetable oil, and are also cooked in vegetable oil in store, so there is no issues with the chips.The majority of the menu is suitable for a halal diet. There are some exceptions – these are the Otropo Burger, Bacon and Egg Burger, Bacon and Egg Roll and the Big Breakfast. All these products contain bacon.
